NSW star Josh Jackson has signed a new four-season deal with Canterbury that will keep him at the NRL club until at least the end of 2020.
The deal is said to be worth around $600,000 a season.
"It's awesome, it's always a privilege and an honour to pull on the blue and white jersey and to be able to do that for another four years, I'm over the moon," Jackson said.
"To agree on the four years is really big and great for me - it's a great commitment from both sides.
"I've been at the club for a fair while now, the club developed me and they showed a lot of faith in me when I was younger. The players, staff and fans make this club so great and I didn't even think about going anywhere else."
Jackson made his debut as an 18-year-old for the Dogs in 2012.
The State of Origin back-rower has played 107 NRL games for Canterbury.
